Practice Manager

Krista

With nearly a decade of experience in the dental field, I have cultivated a diverse skill set that spans multiple specialties, including orthodontics, pediatrics, and general dentistry. Since starting my career as a dental assistant in 2014, I have developed a deep passion for patient care and team development, which led me to join Missoula Endodontics in 2018. In 2024, I proudly stepped into the role of practice manager, where I leverage my well-rounded understanding of both clinical and administrative operations to foster a positive and efficient environment for our patients and staff alike.

I believe that a thriving practice is built on strong relationships and effective communication, and I am dedicated to ensuring that every patient feels valued and cared for. My commitment to excellence drives me to continuously seek ways to enhance our services and support our team’s growth.

When I’m not at the office, you can find me exploring new destinations, staying active at the gym, or enjoying the great outdoors with my family and our two beloved dogs, Meka and Koda. I look forward to continuing my journey in dentistry and making a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve.

Cheyenne

Since embarking on my journey as a dental assistant in 2011, I have gained extensive experience across various specialties, including oral surgery, endodontics and orthodontics. In 2020, I joined Missoula Endodontics, where I have been dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. In 2024, I advanced to the role of lead dental assistant, where I focus on enhancing our team’s efficiency and ensuring that our patients receive the highest standard of care.

My commitment to the dental field is matched only by my love for the great outdoors. When I’m not assisting in the clinic, you can find me enjoying quality time with my husband and two children, whether we’re skiing down snowy slopes, kayaking on serene waters, or casting lines while fishing. I believe that a balanced life fuels my passion for dentistry, and I strive to bring that same energy and enthusiasm to my work every day.

Patient Care Coordinator

Mel

Since graduating from Bitterroot College with a degree in dental assisting in 2019, I have embraced a diverse range of experiences across orthodontics, general dentistry, and cosmetic procedures. In 2023, I made a rewarding transition from the clinical side to the role of Patient Care Coordinator, where I have discovered immense joy in helping patients navigate their dental journeys and ensuring they receive the care they deserve.

My passion for patient care drives me to go above and beyond in every interaction, striving to make each visit as comfortable and positive as possible. I firmly believe that a compassionate approach can make a significant difference in a patient’s experience, and I am dedicated to fostering an environment where patients feel valued and understood.

Outside of work, you can often find me enjoying quality time with my beloved Shorkie, Biggs. I also love to unwind by fishing and staying active at the gym. Balancing my professional and personal life fuels my enthusiasm for helping others, and I look forward to continuing to make a positive impact in the lives of our patients.

Office Dog
Office Greeter

Bandit

Bandit is a 3 year old black Labrador Retriever. When at the office, he spends most of his days in Dr. Petrino’s back office sleeping. He gets up on occasion to greet Dr. Petrino and other staff members. Occasionally, if the office door is left open, he will sneak out to see his best bud Seeley. He may be prone to barking at new patients, please understand this is just his way of saying hi and that he would like some attention.

Outside the office, he loves going for walks, hikes and playing in any water he can find.
